So when we have these three steps completed, then comes the practice of conditioning every time I say Justin....
I wait a second and then say I love you...
Then I wait a second and feel or channel the feeling of self-love or unconditional love.
So the goal is for every time someone or I say "Justin," my subconscious mind says " I love you," and my body, through muscle memory, feels the sensation of " unconditional love " from within my heart....
Simply put, like Pavlov's dog, I am merely associating my name with the sensation of love...
so when said love is felt. Through Conditioning, I can train my subconscious mind to become the greatest ally one could ever ask for.
Throughout my personal journey, I never could see how self-validation was a key missing aspect, which I lacked in my life, how I personally operated until a few months ago was having a subconscious need to be externally validated before I would feel positive about myself and the way I was moving through situations in my life. I thought that I needed to be recognized by others as being worthy, or that my thoughts or ideas on how to do things needed to be recognized by others, and unfortunately for me personally, this led me to live a very volatile life. Where I never truly felt good enough, that my approach to things was never right, I would always put others' beliefs before my own, unless they shared the same beliefs as me, and from what I have personally realised, how destructive this was to my self-worth.
I will put it like this: how can I ever feel worthy if I am always putting others' opinions or beliefs on how to do things before my own opinion or beliefs on what is the right way to do something? This has had a very negative effect on how I subconsciously valued myself and how I internally built up my own self-worth. The effects of this on my mental landscape have been so destructive that I can feel like I am a highly valuable person and then, bang, I feel like the lowest, most worthless person, all because of a negative thought pattern. This is the importance of self-validation; we should never seek to compare ourselves against another. Unfortunately, our society is built on the need to validate externally, through schooling, where my grades are not based on how I feel I did.
But what teachers think is valuable is determined not by truth; it’s determined based on what a textbook says, what an expert thinks, and this is so, so, so destructive to our mental landscape. What you think of the effort you put into your work means absolutely nothing unless you are saying word-for-word what a book says or what a so-called expert in the field says. Unfortunately, this is a scam and a lie, period. Don’t you ever value yourself based on anyone else, every truly great human being in history and life has been different, and agreeing with others only leads to the promotion of those ideas and limits our natural expansion.
The greatest lesson I learned from my 8 years at university was, teachers don’t know shit and they will lie, they will tear you down to force you into their mold of who society says you should be and what society thinks is correct. I will point out the greatest realization that I had, which was trying to understand the scientific process, which, if you ask society, is a fact. Bullshit, science can only disprove things; it can never prove something. I ask you to challenge any scientist to tell you unequivocally that what they say is 100% fact and truth that cannot be disproven.
They can’t because in the real world, in life, in the universe, they don’t know shit, period, and they front to us as if they know everything until they are proven wrong, and then they turn to us and say Oh I didn’t account for that. Yet they tear down anyone with an opposing belief to them as if the other viewpoint is worthless, invalid, is downright a lie, and are you seeing my point? Society will make you feel like nothing if you don’t agree with their conscientious belief. If you dare to hold your own opinion, the system will attack you, trying to limit the expansion of thought, not because your opinion isn’t valid, but for the fact that they cannot accept that others hold different opinions from their own.
This is why your opinion and your beliefs have to be your rock, your foundation, and don’t you ever let anyone take the self-belief you hold away from you. Prepare to fight, prepare to go to war with anyone who dares to take your light away from you. For they do not live in truth, there is no truth in life; the only truth in life lives between your ears and can never exist outside of your mind. You are the creator of your own reality, which means what is real is subjective, not an underlying truth or truly real. Everything is set in stone until someone chooses to challenge that consensus before they disprove what was thought to be real, and society will never tell you that, as admitting that strips them of their control over you.
For if you knew the truth that life is life and things are just happening with no universal truth, that what is perceived as real is not truly real, it’s just yours or my perspective of what we choose to think of as real, is determined by what? What can we prove? What can we create? Then by definition, if you can think it, it has already become real. Your thoughts shape the construction of your concept of reality, what you believe sets the foundation of your reality, and what you feel emotionally internally fuels your ability to create your own reality.
So when I understand that my self-belief is developed from my thoughts of how I view myself on repeat, I am able to focus on curating the internal conversations I have with myself. For if I repeat that I can do something again and again over a long enough time span, my belief about myself will change. The key to understanding this is to understand how my mind works in relation to conditioned beliefs, that through the repetition of a set language pattern, I am rewiring my synaptic pathways.
This results in those language patterns firing quicker and easier than any other thought patterns. I have personally used this process in my life to redirect the way I viewed myself, especially when it came to building my self-belief, and the resulting effect is the shift in my mindset. In my life, I have always sought the discomfort of doing things I have zero understanding of because I personally love the feeling of achievement I get. When I truly understand something new, and a feeling of insecurity I have when I have to figure things out on my own.
For me, my favorite thing to do in life is to jump headfirst into unknown waters, to leap into the fray with only myself to get me out. The feeling of fear is something that drives me to excel in everything I do. Now, this is not the fear of failure that drives me, but the fear of not knowing the path ahead, having to tread lightly through uncharted terrain as my senses are lit up when I am in this state. I am a wanderer, someone who seeks the unknown. This is where I feel at home, this is where I feel safe to be completely alone, figuring out my way.
See, in life, I have limited myself so much by what others say, as my desire for personal success led me to believe that others knew the way. So I would follow what they would say to gain in life, but I could never see how it was affecting my belief, my belief in myself, and this is where the self-doubt would creep in. Even now, I struggle with self-doubt as we all do when facing new tasks. I don’t want to look stupid, and I don’t want to fail, but all it takes is that momentary thought, what if I could find my own way out of this hell? To me, learning is hell. I struggle to understand until one day it just starts to make sense, and self-belief is like that; it’s a daily struggle of not feeling good enough.
When I am doing something I don’t understand, I feel like life doesn’t make sense, self-doubt weeds its way into other parts of my life, and like a weed, if you leave it unchecked, it will take over the garden of your mind. So when building self-belief, it all starts with a thought, a thought of I can do this, I can achieve, whatever it is, and it’s through focus that my belief grows. Think of belief like a plant, a thought is the seed, our feelings are water, and our focus is the sunlight. If I plant that thought of belief in myself, I want it to grow, so I must focus on feeling that I can achieve and focus on my thoughts about myself.
For if I let the negative thoughts in, and I feel those negative thoughts, they will grow and take over my mind. But to the same, if I refuse to water negativity and focus all of my attention on the positive, then that is what will grow. See, our mind is like this: what thoughts we focus on are the thoughts we create into reality. The more we focus on our positive self-image, the more our self-image will grow, and if we choose to ignore the negativity around us, then it will never take root within us.
For me, the important thing to remember when building self-belief is that it is a continuous process that I can neither fail nor succeed at once, and that in every moment of life, I must remain aware of it. Should I choose to focus on self-doubt, self-doubt will grow within me, and if I focus on self-belief, self-belief will grow within me.
Neither is stronger than the others; the strength is found in my focused attention and my belief in what is possible in life. When I start to feel insecure within myself, I must reaffirm my belief in myself. The funny thing is, our mind is like a muscle. The more I reaffirm myself in moments of insecurity, the easier it becomes, and after a while, that action becomes muscle memory, just a reaction to that thought.
Validating one’s self is an important aspect of your own life, the importance of being able to validate oneself as being valuable, worthy, unique, and most of all, validating your love for oneself. The value of being able to validate yourself throughout any personal struggle or life situation means you are able to now create the narrative for your life and to be able to generate those positive feelings within yourself in any moment.
The key also comes in the form of being able to identify outside negative feelings or emotions, you may find yourself in, and being able to see those emotions for what they are. When we understand that we create our own meaning in our life, the meaning of success, happiness, fulfillment, and so much more, we are able to consciously choose how we wish to feel in any moment in life.
No other has the right to determine the meaning or what you feel in life as being valid or invalid, and it is only through your agreement to assume their truth as your own truth that gives others' opinions power over your mind. Activity 1: This is a mindfulness practice that is the base of you valuing your opinion over others’ opinions and is the first step to understanding how to internally validate your own beliefs and thoughts.
The key to this practice is to observe your thoughts, to identify your current beliefs on what is true to you, to identify within yourself the range of possibilities of outcomes, and to do advanced critical thinking about what could go right with your beliefs. Then look at the other side of the range of possibilities of negative outcomes, while doing a risk assessment of the likelihood of failure in your actions, and to identify what would be the likely capital or emotional loss from this event happening.
The important aspect is to look at both sides of the outcome, to decide whether the potential for loss is more likely or the potential for gain is more likely, and then to decide on a course of action to take. The important thing to remember is that even in the event of failure, you are still fine, and you have the internal ability and strength to get through whatever happens. Building trust in oneself is only achieved through failure, through falling down, and having the will to continue regardless of the negative emotions you feel. But more importantly, it is to remember that the worst-case scenario that we play in our minds is usually far more potent than any negative outcome we feel in reality.
Remember, in the moment, if we shift from focusing on the negative to focusing on the positives, we have a higher likelihood of achieving a positive outcome, and focus using our shift in perspective to give us courage and strength to persist regardless of our momentary feelings. Typically, what separates success from failure in life is the perspective or meaning we give to the outcome, and if we can control our internal dialogue, we can control our external results.
For this activity, our main aim is to understand how our beliefs are formed and to also understand how our belief systems work. So, understanding beliefs, a simple way to get your head around understanding beliefs is to simply think of any belief as a particular thought pattern on repeat.
This means that, in a simple sense, beliefs are just thoughts that are repeated in our minds so many times that they become the most predominant narrative in our minds. So if beliefs are just thoughts, this gives you and me the ability to change our beliefs at any moment of our lives. Through the process of changing the way we think about things, and also by making the new thought pattern the most predominant thought in our mind for a long duration of time.
For me personally, I will usually work in 3-month blocks when trying to change beliefs because while I am simply changing a thought process to alter my beliefs, I must also remember that I am conditioning in new behavioural habits. So when it comes to conditioning in new habits, generally I use the 14 days to break a habit and 90 days to set a new habit in place, while it may only take me 30 days to form the new behavior as a habit. If I follow the new behavior for 90 days, it will usually become a natural part of my day-to-day lifestyle, and this is the goal for any belief or behavioral change that I am seeking.
For it to become so conditioned into my life that it feels wrong for me not to complete the task or activity each day, while it is not overly important in the start for me to be proficient or perfect at what I am doing. What is most important for me personally is to just do the new behavior or run the new thought pattern again and again and again, as the more repetitions that I do, the more my mind and body become accustomed to the change I am creating.
This will lead to the change becoming comfortable to me; the more comfortable the change becomes to me, the more I will seek to complete the activities of change. There is a very important aspect of creating change that I haven’t touched on yet, and that is positive reinforcement. I will always reinforce how great I am doing and how effective the change will be in my life.
The more positive reinforcement I give myself, the more belief and motivation I will build within myself, which has a direct link to the momentum I create moving toward my goals in life. Positive reinforcement is one of the most underrated aspects of any change in life see the reason for this is that this is where we are able to artificially build out our internal beliefs through targeted focusing. When I focus on all of the positive aspects in life, what I am doing on a subconscious level is flooding my mind with targeted information that reinforces the possibility of achieving my goal, and simultaneously, I am limiting the amount of energy available for any negative or self-doubt to occur.
This is why, when changing your beliefs, there are two simple steps to follow: the first is conscious language or thought pattern directing, and the second is positive reinforcement. By following these two steps, you will be able to really focus on the thoughts going through your mind and the types of feedback to which you are measuring your success. A key thing to understand is that if you believe you are moving in a positive direction toward your goal, you are moving positively toward achieving your goal, and to the same if you believe that you are moving in a negative direction, you will move in a negative direction.
Activity 1) This is a very easy and simple activity that is focused on mapping out new thought patterns, which will help you to form your new beliefs and what metrics you can use to positively reinforce the change you seek. So all you need is a notepad, on one page, list out the beliefs you want to have within yourself, for example, ( maybe you would like to improve your confidence, self-love, abundance, your intellect, or your skills and abilities). On the next page, work out language and thought patterns that will help you to become that person.
On the next page, identify different ways to positively reinforce those new beliefs within yourself every day for 90 days. By having an understanding of the overarching goal, which is the ( new belief), by understanding the activities that will move you closer to the goal ( language and thought patterns), and by understanding how to build momentum and motivation while taking the steps towards your goal ( positive reinforcement), you have the ability to change any belief easily.

What is a Business For Change? JB (Alpha Wolf Consulting), my primary thesis for this concept that is that everyone is equal in their ability to learn, develop and become whoever they wish to be.
In just the last 30 years we have seen the emergence of consumer-driven change and overwhelming adoption in this with consumer behaviour driving change in business. This is through more consumers understanding their power to influence when buying a product or purchasing services with increased rates of information sharing and review based influences.
One of my life’s passions is communication. The transference of idea’s, every interaction you have, you engage in the transference of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, ideal’s, passions and many many more things. So why do we when trying to communicate our businesses values we forget this. We need to remember that as a sole trader your identity is the business and as a company, your company is given an identity becoming a legal person.
To me, this says that people only want to buy from other people, not brands but from the people inside your business and the values of your business. So now I want you to explain to your partner, one of your core values. My question to you is would you use the same language, that you currently use in your business ads, or would you try to communicate in a way so that they understand your position’s value.
So what if you used this insight in your company to take full responsibility, for a social cause you had no hand in creating and just decide that you’re going to be the change needed. This is a future of business that I believe in creating, one where people come together and solve our problems. Because they have the want, ability, opportunity or position to solve the issue for those who are suffering.
So the three key aspects you need to understand (Purpose, Why and Mission). Because these are key aspects that will define your business, increase your ability to connect and compete in your space. So your purpose has to come from within you, it should be something that gives you strength. (mine is to help people, at the core that gives me joy).
So next is your/ businesses Why this is who are you trying to help think of all the collateral the people that will feel the loss for this not being a reality and when things go bad which they will because the n.1 goal in business is to survive ( now survive can mean a magnitude of result variation, so again define it for your self and challenge your beliefs to know they are true).
The last core aspect to defining your business is the Mission, now just quickly this is meant to be achieved and should be broad enough to cover many industries in the outcome that one industry dries up or you achieve your mission. But I would stress to you remember that nothing is permanent, you need to be able to identify flaws in your thesis and if your thesis is broken to take unemotional swift actions. To mitigate loss, to take advantage of before unseen opportunities and to pivot around high-risk situations with agility.
So now you might be saying ok what’s a business for a change, to that I say it’s a business that takes a core social cause for their mission they create a strong purpose for what winning looks like and a powerful why as to their motives in creating social change.
When a business has a mission to, for example, to solve the worlds current plastic waste problem and let’s say they started in Brisbane. So x business now during the creation process is “limited”, not really I would say “defined” in their approach to all problems and would have clear reasons for actions/ outcomes.
Take a café with reducing plastic as their cause, straight away they can only use renewable packaging and can promote to x customer about that aspect of the businesses values. So let’s go one layer deeper and look at the next stage of the supply chain i.e. suppliers/ distribution x café with x social cause is now limited to finding suppliers with x values or finding ways of mitigating the negative impact the mission or social causes validity.
While many would see this as being a loss or highly cash-intensive as better quality of suppliers/ products cost more and yes they do but you are not Starbucks or Walmart Stop competing on price ( you can’t win as that is just the game of who can take more losses and survive) who cares if you lose in the short term due to price, if you know it will give greater returns in the future.
Because if you wait until the future to change you will find yourself in an uphill battle, typically with lower resources “Cash, Skilled Talent and consumer engagement” and usually by the time the shoe drops the legs of your business are usually cut out from months of losses.
One key strategy to lower your risk of this is to measure consumer engagement (are people starting conversations with you, but more importantly are they honestly communicating with you), consumer satisfaction ( are people approaching you saying how happy they are, do they feel an urge to speak up) and positive impact ( when leaving any engagement do they have the feeling that this is a significant engagement and that person always makes me smile/ laugh/ gives me joy).
